Originally from South Korea, Rojas now calls Texas home and holds a master’s degree in jazz studies from the University of North Texas, where she studied under the renowned Dave Meder.

As a performer, Rojas has graced stages at major events like the Denton Arts & Jazz Festival, Jacksonville Jazz Festival, the Texas Capitol, and various jazz clubs, concert halls, and educational institutions. Her credits include recordings with the UNT Jazz Singers and the prestigious Two O’Clock Lab Band, as well as touring with the Grammy-nominated One O’Clock Lab Band in 2024. She is the 2024 selectee of JEN Sisters in Jazz.

Beyond performing, Rojas is passionate about teaching. As the Head Musician at GIRLONKEYS MUSIC, she offers in-home piano lessons tailored to students of all ages and skill levels in Lewisville, TX, and surrounding areas. Drawing on her experience as a former graduate teaching fellow at UNT, she covers a wide range of topics including jazz and classical piano, music theory, composition, and even digital music production.
